Local Delivery Delays
Keoji uses Australia Post as our parcel delivery and postal service for all customer orders within Australia. Australia Post has advised that due to current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, there is a significant increase in volume of parcels being sent across their delivery network throughout the country. Therefore Australia Post is seeing a delay in their standard and express post service of up to 5 business days.
What this means is, if you see on the Australia Post Tracking page, the expected delivery date is "1st June - 3rd June", there could be a delay of up to 5 business days from "3rd June" onward before your parcel actually arrives. We would like to reassured you that the delays is purely with Australia Post and not with Keoji. Keoji will pack and send your items within 1 - 2 business days of your order as usual. Unfortunately there is little we can do to influence hour Australia Post operates.

All of Keoji's products are sourced from suppliers based in Korea, Japan, Taiwan and HongKong. Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, international flights where our stock hitches a ride from, for all countries are greatly reduced. Therefore we are experiencing a 3 weeks or more in restocking of "Out of Stock" products.

An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once your order has been processed. Shipments are processed within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Delivery times may incur delays during holiday periods or extreme weather events.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.
We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If deemed safe, the courier may leave the parcel at the address. Otherwise, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
If a parcel is returned to Keoji due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery handling and postage fee. This fee is valued up to $20 depending on the weight and size of the order. If the customer would prefer a refund, then the fee will be deducted from the total order amount. Keoji Store is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order. Keoji is also not responsible if a parcel has been lost or stolen, unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.
If you have requested a redirection or safe drop for your parcel, Keoji will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels for your order. Please ensure the address is correct when confirming your order to avoid any inconvenience.
