  • We're transitioning our Australia-based warehouse into an office/fulfillment center, embracing a more flexible and dynamic operational method.
  • To further streamline our process, we're expanding our presence in Korea, where we can operate more cost-effectively without compromising on the quality and service you've come to expect from us. This expansion means we can now house a significantly larger amount of stock, ensuring that your favorite products are readily available.

Shipping Times Update:

  • With our expansion to Korea, your beloved products will now be dispatched from there to our Sydney center for final checks before reaching you. This necessary change adjusts shipping times to 3-5 business days, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain excellence in our service.

  • As this message reaches you on Monday, 11th December 2023, at 8 PM AEST, these changes take effect.
